Add 3-4 green tea bags to a litre of boiling water
Allow the tea to diffuse for 5 mins and then remove the tea bags
Add 2-3 table spoons of Some Good Organic Lingonberry Powder
Add a liberal amount of ice and blend together in a blender. If not chilled add more ice, or put in the fridge till cool.

Our 2nd is a cheeky way to get your protein while you sit back and relax with this chocalatey cacao iced shake. Cacao contains magnesium which most of the western world is deficient in. Magnesium is what the body needs to relax.. no wonder we all feel so tense! Whether you’ve been at the gym, had a hard day at work, or been strolling around in the summer sun, enjoy this relaxing protein boost.
Protein Boosted Iced Cacao Shake
Add 0.75 Litres of Almond Milk to a blender
Add 2 table spoons of Some Good Organic Cacao Powder
Add 1 table spoon of Some Good Organic Pea Protien
Add a dash or more of honey
Blend for 1 min of a high setting
Add a liberal amount of ice and blend further
